Our process is very simple, we will chat with you about what your business does and what processes you would like documented.

We’ll then work with you on a timeframe and scope of what needs to be done, including the level of availability to you and your staff, to source the information that we need.

Once that’s done, we’ll get to work gathering information and documenting your business.

Documentation will be handed over for review as we go, with a view to draft documentation reviewed and the final version signed off after that.
